The Queen's Award for Voluntary Service Meeting Place, run by Holy Trinity Church with participation by many members of Westwood, won the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service 2007. The award was presented by the Deputy Lord Lieutenant of the West Midlands at a ceremony at the Council House on 1 August 2007 by invitation of the Lord Mayor |
The award consisted of an engraved commemorative crystal and a certificate signed by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II |
